1) How long will it take to print my ribbons?
Most personalized ribbon orders are printed and shipped within 1 - 4 weeks of placing your order. After leaving our warehouse, delivery time is determined by your location and desired shipping method.
2) Can I have my ribbons printed and shipped faster?
Rush service is available for personalized favor ribbon orders. By ordering rush service, your ribbons will be printed and shipped within two business days.

3) What is the minimum order quantity for imprinted ribbons?
The minimum order quantity for imprinted ribbons is $25.00 per style before tax and shipping.
4) How long of a message can I have printed on my ribbons?
The maximum length for your message is 35 characters, including spaces. This includes all names and dates printed on both sides of your ribbons. Designs count as 2 characters.
For Example:
Left Side: Rebecca & John
Right Side: December 20, 2004
Total Characters: 32 (Note: the design '&' counts as 2 characters)

Each design counts as 2 characters towards the 35 character limit on imprinted ribbons. The '&' symbol also counts as 2 characters.
8) Where will the design appear on my ribbons?
The placement of the design on your ribbons depends upon the message you want printed.
If you are placing two names on the left side of your ribbons (i.e. Rebecca & John), the design will be placed between the two names, replacing the '&' symbol.
If you are placing an event name or other message on the left side of your ribbons (i.e. Happy 50th Birthday), the design will be placed to the right of this message.
If you wish to have the design appear elsewhere on your ribbons, such as next to the date, please specify this in the "Special Instructions" box on the item page when ordering.
