Purchase Order Terms
Purchase orders are accepted with a minimum
order requirement of 50 pieces. Free shipping is not applicable on
orders placed using a purchase order.
Please follow the steps below to use a purchase
order:
- Call us Toll Free at 1-866-328-6772 to check
item availability and to receive a shipping quote / order total.
- Fax your purchase order on company/school
letterhead to 1-718-949-5921.
- If your order is for 100 pieces or more, a sample item will be produced and shipped
for your approval (engraved merchandise only).
- Upon receipt of sample, provide your written
signed approval by fax (1-718-949-5921).
- Your full order will be produced and shipped.
- Payment must be received within 7 days of
R.O.G. (receipt of goods).
Payment due within 7 days of receipt of goods; a 1 1⁄2% monthly carrying charge (18% annual rate) will be added to all past due balances. Make all checks or money orders
payable to Commodities Unlimited, Inc. in U.S. funds. Sorry, no C.O.D. orders. There is a $30.00 charge on returned checks.
Sales Tax
Orders delivered in New York State must include a sales
tax of 8.375%. If tax exempt, please fax a copy of your tax exempt certificate
with your purchase order.
