1) How long
will it take to imprint my glasses?
Most imprinted glassware orders are printed and shipped
within 1 - 4 weeks of placing your order. After leaving our warehouse,
delivery time is determined by your location and desired shipping method.
2) Can I have
my glasses imprinted and shipped faster?
If you need your order in a hurry, rush service is
available for faster processing time. Call us Toll Free at 1-866-FAVORS-2
to place your rush order (Monday-Friday 9 AM - 5 PM).
Standard FedEx delivery times apply. FedEx Air
service is also available for faster transit time.
3) What
is the minimum order quantity for imprinted glassware?
The minimum order quantity for imprinted glassware is 50
pieces per item & design.

are available for my glassware?
We have a wide selection of designs available for you to

5) I don't see
a design that fits my needs. Do you have more designs available?
Yes, we have designs available for any and all
occasions! If you can't find a design to fit your needs, please contact
us by phone (1-866-FAVORS-2) or email (info@createafavor.com)
to let us know what you are looking for. We are adding new designs all
the time!
6) Can I have a
custom design or logo imprinted on my glassware?
Yes! We can imprint your custom design or logo on
our glassware for an additional fee. Please
contact us by phone (1-866-FAVORS-2) or email (info@createafavor.com)

7) Can you use
a different font than is pictured on my design?
Yes, we can use any font you see on any design. If
you would like to use a different font than is shown on the design, please
specify this when ordering. Simply enter the Design Code for the graphic
you would like to use in the "Design Code" box on the item page and
in the Special Instructions box state "Please use font from Design
#", followed by the code for the design with the font you prefer.
8) How do I
personalize my glassware design?
Personalizing your glassware design is easy! When
you find a design you like, make note of the code located above the
design. Simply enter this code in the "Design Code" box on the
product page.
Any text you see in the design will be replaced with the
personalized message and date you provide on the item page when
ordering. The text you enter for "Line 1" will replace the
larger text in the design, while the text you enter for "Date" will
replace the date in the design.
Select the imprint color you would like to use from the
drop down list on the item page. This will be the color of your design
when it is printed on your glassware.
If you have any special instructions, be sure to enter
them in the "Special Instructions" box when ordering.
9) How will my design appear on my
imprinted glassware?
Your design will appear centered and as large as possible on your
glassware. The size and placement of the text in your design will depend
upon the length of your personalized message. To maximize the size of
the text on your design, your message may be split into more than one
line. Your final design will appear very similar to the sample designs
viewable in our design gallery.
